Publication Requirement

If you are starting a corporation or LLC in Arizona, there are a series of publication requirements you
must satisfy. This applies not only to domestic (in-state) companies, but also to foreign (out-of-state)
companies expanding their business into Arizona. Furthermore, already established organizations must
also publish in the event of amendment, dissolution, or withdrawal.

Failure to meet these requirements will result in dissolution.

These publications are required within 60 days of the event. The listing must run for three consecutive
publications in a newspaper of general circulation in the county of the place-of-business.
